What does a first engagement look like?
Usually a short discovery followed by a scoped pilot: one workflow, one measurable goal, a working prototype your team can try. It gives you real evidence before committing to a larger build.
Do we need a lot of data to start?
Not necessarily. Many valuable systems — assistants, document processing, automation — work with the documents and tools you already have. We'll tell you honestly if your data isn't ready and what it would take.
Which models and platforms do you use?
We're vendor-neutral. Depending on cost, quality and privacy needs we use hosted frontier models, open-weight models, or a mix — and we design systems so models can be swapped as the landscape changes.
How do you handle sensitive or confidential data?
Privacy and security are design inputs, not afterthoughts: minimal data collection, access controls, and options for private or self-hosted deployment. We'll walk through the specifics for your situation before any data is shared.
Do you work with companies outside Ontario?
Yes. We're based in Ontario, Canada, and work with teams across Canada and internationally, in person or remotely.
How is work priced?
Typically fixed-scope pilots and projects, with optional ongoing support. We'll agree scope and cost in writing before work begins.
